Quick birthday gift

I made these for my mom for her birthday.
Can you tell what they are?

They are reusable grocery sacks!

I found the directions here. Since I've made
totes in the past, I found the directions pretty easy.

Just don't look too closely at my topstitching.
I need to work on going around a curve some more. LOL

Since my dad does a lot of their grocery shopping,
I put the pretty floral pattern on the inside.

I'm no expert, but the stitching doesn't seem off to me.

I'm making shopping bags right now, as well! Mine are squared-bottomed. I love the way they take "no time at all" to do.

I'm making some for a craft bazaar, and then some for my daughters and me.

Yours are so cute, with the floral inside!

Hi,

I've just made some grocery bags too, I use the Charlie re-useable Grocery bag pattern from Burdastyle, its a free download, if you fancy a change!!

I make them as wrapping paper for presents so making them double environmentally friendly!!

This is the first bag I've seen made from my tutorial. It's gorgeous! And your stitching looks fine to me. Hope your mom liked it. :)

I really like the Charlie grocery bags. Here's the link if anyone is interested. http://www.burdastyle.com/howtos/show/356

I think I may use bias tape around the handles and avoid my wonky stitch issue.
