Pipes done right

When I tell people we are from a bagpiping family,

many people complain they are loud, squawky
instruments and wonder how I can stand it.

If you happen to hear multiple people tuning up at once,
it can indeed just sound like noise, but listen to how beautiful
bagpipes sound when they are played perfectly.

This is the Simon Fraser University Pipe Band
from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada,
the 6-time and current World Champions.

We were at this concert last August in Glasgow, Scotland
(in fact,  I am in that back corner as the pipers play in).
