Crazy busy around here

It's been a good kind of crazy busy though. I still haven't had time to take pictures for my great blog giveaway yet, but they will be coming soon, I promise.

Again, if you want to get in on it mention my blog and Etsy store on your blog, then let me know here that you have done so and you are entered into the drawing.

Oh, and for all others you get to link here, I'll put your name in the drawing again. Make sure they mention your blog name so you get more chances to win that way!

We had a great family weekend. Here are some pictures of some new farm buddies we made On Sunday. There are even more photos of the other places we visited here on Flickr.

I'm giving it all away!!!!

Not really, but I got your attention, didn't I?

In an unabashed attempt to sell more stuff and get more traffic here on my blog, I'm having a giveaway!!!!!!

If you mention this blog and it's links to my Etsy store on your blog, your name will be entered into the drawing. Just make sure you come back here and leave a comment to let me know you've mentioned me.

Since I spent so much time this week "working" on the computer, I'm spending the day out and about with my boys.

I have lots of vintage fabric, trims and bits and bobbles
set aside for the giveaway but pictures will have to wait.

Thank you to all who choose to participate. I really appreciate that the crafty blogging community is such a supportive one. Enjoy your day!!!!

My burgeoning linen stash

This is what my little 6'-by-7' office looked like yesterday. I was busy photographing and measuring linens to put on Etsy today.

I thought the chores yesterday took a long time, but in reality they didn't. Is there an easy way to duplicate listings on Etsy so I don't have to do the same steps over and over and over again?

I'm not even halfway though yet -- and my boys are getting frustrated with me, lol.

Below are photos of some of my favorite pieces I listed today. I am amazed at how much work must have gone into each one and I'm now inspired to try my hand at embroidery and thread crocheting.

My shrinking library

We've pretty much resigned ourselves to the fact that we will be staying in this little house for the time being.

We've actually gotten used to it now that a lot of our clutter is in storage. To keep as clutter free as possible and be able to bring things back from storage, I am officially destashing.

I spent all weekend ironing linens and will take pictures to list them on Etsy when the sun cooperates.

I've spent the last two days photographing, researching and listing about 40 books on Etsy. A real wide variety with great illustrations, which got me to buy them in the first place. Here's a sampling.

OK, so that was a lot of them, lol. Do you know who that is right above? That's Christopher Robin and Pooh at the top of the stairs. His first appearance in print.

I'm off with a cup of coffee to sit in bed and crochet while listening to presidential election coverage.
