Happy May Day

I finished these little pouches a week ago but haven't had time to tell you about them until now. They are just little crocheted rectangles that have been stitched together at the sides. The black one hold my phone, my ID, some cash and credit cards. Perfect for a quick trip out.

The blue one is a change purse, made with two yarns crocheted together. I have a boatload of thin mohair yarn that proved too hard to work with but doubling it up made it very easy to use.

I lined the black one with vintage fabric that I used for my bathroom curtains and shower curtain. I chose not to line the other one. Add some snaps and I have an alternative to a big purse.
